I have always been involved in various sports and, like a lot of athletes, I thought I had been in top shape…. untill I was introduced to CrossFit in October 2006. My first workout kicked my butt! It was love at first sight. I constantly noticed amazing improvement in my performance and my physique. CrossFit helped me win first place in my category for my first triathlon season in 2006 and made me hit yards further on the golf course! I felt more energized, more flexible and on top of the world.

But don’t take my word for it.. come and experience it yourself. I’m not saying it’s easy, nothing is easy. And there’s not shortcut to fitness. Sorry. You need to earn it, like the old fashion way: hard work, intensity and dedication.

My promise to you is to give you 100% of my attention and teach you the skills you need to exceed your expectations… while having fun along the way.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
