  • Friday sessions: Open sessions from 4:30 to 6:30pm
  • CrossFit Rookie! Never done CrossFit? Afraid of it? Never even lifted any weights? This class is your opportunity to learn the basics with similar people. It starts on Jan 31st, every Tuesday-Thursday (8pm) and Saturday (12:30pm) for 3 weeks. That’s 9 awesome classes full of fundamental movements and workouts for a low cost of $60!   • Kine-Fit! Every Wednesday at 8pm, starting February 1st. Featuring Olivier Dupont, RMT. (class will be on zenplanner). Phylosophie de Base: Réveiller le système osseux, respiratoire et musculo squelletique  afin d’assouplir un corp dans une flexibilité global et augmenter une meilleur capacité d’oxygénation afin de maximiser la performance de l”athlète. (Phylosophy: To awake the osseous, respiratory and musculo squelletic system in order to improve our flexibility and maximize the athlete’s performance.)

  • Foundations Course Option: $150- recommended before starting regular classes, but not yet mandatory. Includes 3 private sessions and one month unlimited membership ($105 without the membership)
  • BRONZE : 4 CrossFit Classes per month,  $40/month
  • SILVER: 8 CrossFit Classes per month, $60/month
  • GOLD: Unlimited CrossFit Classes Per Month, $80/month
  • Military/First Responder : $70 per month unlimited. Must provide valid ID card. We also offer a punch card at $150 for 20 sessions (3 month expiry date)
  • Students: $70 per Month unlimited option only.
  • Personal Training: $40 Per Session.  $435 / 12 sessions
  • CrossFit Kids (2 classes/week): $40 / month

CrossFit Bathurst now has a Kids Lounge (Le Coin des petits):

  • Free of charge
  • Kids 5yrs and up
  • Open during all classes & personal training
  • Only clear drinks allowed (water, lemonade, sprite & etc)
  • Kids are welcome to bring any movie & etc from home

If you bring your kid(s) they must stay in the Kids Lounge during class at all times. CrossFit Bathurst is not liable for any belongings left behind or missing. No kids are allowed to play with any equipment in the gym at all times.




Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
