Strength: Press 5 reps of;
65-75-95-105-110X3 failed 4th reps

WOD: AMRAP 12 minutes:

    * 3 Deadlift - 225lbs
    * 6 Burpees over bar

Total: 12 rounds + 3 deadlift and 5 burpees ... almost 13 rounds so close.
