Skills testing: Over the next several weeks, we will be adding a some basics skills testing to the program (max push, pulls, oly lifts, core, speed, work). Try to attempt all of them and record your results to the website’s comments, in your logbook, or even better, do both!
We will re-do them after 3 months of training and hopefully you will notice improvements.
