AMRAP in 20 min – Team WOD

  •  5 Burpees
  • 10 Goblet Squats w/KB
  • 5 Pull-Ups

While teammate #1 is working, #2 is holding their MedBalls overhead.  Once #1 starts their round #2 must hold MB even if #1 takes a break!  Held position is arms straight, active shoulders.  If #2 bends their arms from the locked position #1 must pause their round!

    Fun…
Can’t wait to be back to training with y’all.. A word of advice, when you body tries to let you know it’s tired and you need a break… TAKE IT!! If not the outcome is a longer break than you really want.. And a really unwell feeling.. So be sure to take those very important rest days.. ;)

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
