AMRAP in 20 min – Team WOD
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Goblet Squats w/KB
- 5 Pull-Ups
While teammate #1 is working, #2 is holding their MedBalls overhead. Once #1 starts their round #2 must hold MB even if #1 takes a break! Held position is arms straight, active shoulders. If #2 bends their arms from the locked position #1 must pause their round!

Can’t wait to be back to training with y’all.. A word of advice, when you body tries to let you know it’s tired and you need a break… TAKE IT!! If not the outcome is a longer break than you really want.. And a really unwell feeling.. So be sure to take those very important rest days..
And.. Btw.. This can cause Crossfit Withdrawals!!! Not pretty!!! Lol
