Went to the gym to do a quick wod after playing two softball games tonight. I did the workout of double unders from last friday which was:

    15 minutes of:

    40 seconds of Double Unders
    20 seconds rest

45/29/25/26/23/24/26/27/28/29/30/32/33/31/34= total of 445 (last time was 325 so wippii)

Doing the wod right after playing softball and drinking beer is not the best idea I`ve had lately… I did not pee in my pants like some people but I sure did burp a lot hahaha. Good thing I was alone :)

Amazing job guys! Claude you are something else. I thought west’s time was tough enough but you bet it right out of the water. Great job on your first filthy Dino.
Marcel you will never have any sympathy from me for Slow Pitch games LOL. I do not consider waiting on a bench to go at bat a work out lol. Great work all!

Gino, I completely agree with you! It’s the drinking of a couple of beers as my “preworkout drink” that was stupid LOL.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
