got goats?

Think of your 2 Goats and bring them to the table today.

I’ll tell you the reps when you get to class.

Trader!

What are goats?  GOATS are exercises that you know you suck at, that you know you need to improve, or that you never want to see come up in a workout. They are not necessarily exercises you hate (example, Amanda hates wallball… but she doesn’t particularly suck at the). Goats are usually your weaknesses. They are the exercises you want to work on and get better at. So today, you will have that opportunity…  :)

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
