  3. look forward to seeing you all this week, miss the workouts too! After this past superbowl weekend I feel a set myself back a month, will never be the same… I think my stomach tried doing burpees while I was trying to sleep! Pukie came close to coming to visit, but I managed to keep him away…

  4. So i started running today :) I was able to motivate myself to go!

    7 laps at the kc – 7:48
    3/4 of the stairs..up and down each set – 5:31 (was unable to finish i felt like i was going to puke, so i came home and ate supper :)

    45,55,65,75,85( pr! yay me)

    WOD- 10,9, 8,7…. of:
    pullups
    pushups
    burpees
    Time: 9:40
