    Amrap 20min
    25 burpees
    15 Body weight back squats- 120lbs (at one point in my life, I weighted 120)

    3 rounds + 25burpees

    All through the wod, I thought I had 130lbs on the rack, so I’m a little pissed it wasn’t)

    One of those workouts that really sucks when training by yourself. Glad I got it done. Now off to create some art! :)

  2. Do heavy shoulder press, or putt your feet on a bench, legs straight elevate your ass, and do pushups(so closer to handstand)

  3. didn’t go to gym. SMS has a fitness challenge going on Guys against the gals….we’re all carrying around pedometers for a week……just finished 10K!! i am a happy girl. was worried i’d get all crampy but it was a good run for me. TIME: 1:07. pedometer steps….little over 11000 i believe. yay me.
