  1. CrossFit will still be open on Wednesday, but just one class. Let’s vote for which time you guys would like to have it.

    A) morning 9-9:30
    B) early in the afternoon 1-2PM
    C) 5 pm

    WOD: 5K Run

    Time: 30:08 min. which included the biggest freakin hill in the world

  3. Noon: 1K swim

    5pm: CFWU x1

    Overhead squats 1RM

    110×1
    115×1 PR (felt like I had more in me, but we had to hit the road)

    Ran the 3 bridges with Kelly. YAY KELLY!!! Really proud of you. (you too Roger:)

    6:30pm: did the intro workout with Annie. Nice to meet you girl! Hope to hear from you soon
    7:30pm: ran 5k with Dawn. Around 28minutes I think.

    overall.. pretty good day.
