    Caution to all… don’t argue cause if you do, it’s 10 burpee’s for everybody. Sorry guys hahaha

    Ran the 3 bridges and more between 2 classes. Wanted to run the 5k.. but after one block, I had to get back to the gym and change shoes. Time to retire the Vibram for winter :( brrrr on the toes.
    Not timed.. but I had a pretty good pace compare to my last run. Maybe it’s from the fruit!! eh Jodi?? :D

    This workout was Fear Factor for me! Over Head Squats and the Fear of H1N1 all in one hour workout!! Had fun girls!! See you Friday after a well anticipated rest day!

    Felt good to get back into it after a few months off. Yay! For being inside tonight… Booo.. for my premature death.. (by pull-ups)

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
