So.. this video is pretty interesting. I checked the website he’s referring to and looked up 2 products I use on a regular basis: Savonnerie Olivier (very VERY good) and Merle Norman (not so good)

ok, so I wanted to go swimming at noon, but the pool was closed. So I thought, why not go for a run? that’ll loosen me up. aaaahhh, NEGATIVE!

The first km was ” O . K “… but i stopped to stretch out my calf and shins because they felt like they were cramping a little. I thought it’s just a little soreness, I’ll run through it. aaaaaahhh, again, neh-neh!

After an extra 100m, I decided to turn around. Running was physically unbearable. My legs were just going in spasm. haha. Even walking was gross.

so maybe i’m a little sore from that burpee mile after all, lol.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
