    21 Thrusters with 2 x 25 lb dumbells (50 lbs)
    15 OH front lunge
    15 OH back lunge
    9 situps
    15 thrusters
    15 front OH lunges
    15 back OH lunges
    15 situps
    9 thrusters
    15 front OH lunges
    15 Back overhead lunges
    21 situps

    Time 10:06

    All I can say about this workout is Thank God the reps for thrusters were increasing each time!!! Those just kill me! It was the hopper relived!
    I am so thankful for Youtube cartoons for the kids upstairs while I did this downstairs! Would not want them near me with those heavy thrusters!!!
    No mom out there can use kids as an excuse to not exercise! With Crossfit anything is possible!
    Tomorrow is my rest day but I will try to figure out a workout to do in the hotel for the rest of the week! I do have access to a gym. Have a great workout tonight!

    Tubin…Im in!!!I can fit 4 extra ppl with lots of luggage in my Vehicle..so Depending how many we are…we can probably go up with Max 2 vehicle and save everyone on the gas…

    (These really hurt my wrists for some reason!)

    “Death by C&J”

    With a continuously running clock do

    1 Clean and Jerk the first minute,
    2 C&J the second minute
    3 the third minute…
    continuing as long as you are able

    Using 85lbs I completed 5 minutes and got 5 reps in my sixth minute…first time doing this one, I liked it! :) Great job everyone!

    Tubbing!!!!!The more the marrier..AmyT…Its a very nice Relaxing river..you sit down and let yourself drift with some BYOB in the back :) …there is a pit stop half way with a guy on a small sand dune with a BBQ selling dogs and burgers and drinks…Very good time..you wouldnt regret coming!..

Melissa…Read the Moncton News letter….You will see that unassisted pull-ups are not done over night..crips..I couldnt even do 1 before like 1 month ago and I can only do like 6 in a row so far…A girl in the news letter from Moncton Took a few months to get from Jumping pull-ups to Rubber band pull-ups and finally un-assisted pull-ups!…Dont beat yourself up!

    Everything takes time and will…dont give up..practice each class and when you finally get 1 un-assistated pull-up. you and all of us will be proud!
