I’m here for you Christine! … 3 hours after.. but i’m here! lol

ok.. so my training day didn’t turn out as planned. I got to the gym this morning… and got pissed at my mats… so i went to the lake to change my mind.

Did my usual triangle lap swim. 9ish minutes/17min/11minutes= total of 38 minutes swim.

then i was gona train, but left the gym cause i didn’t want to be stuck there during the upcoming parade. (full intention of going back tonight)

then i was gona go train, but didn’t go cause i wouldn’t be able to reach gym destination because of the fireworks.

unexpected active rest day for me. Day 1 tomorrow. :)

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
