anybody going to the circus?

FRIDAY 6:00 MORNING CLASS CANCELLED.

There will probably be an extra class on Sunday. Maybe we can debate on here which time would be best?

I guess some people are faster than me…. you can check some more pictures from the Hopper on Amy’s blog

I went light on this for a few reasons. I was just getting out of my message therapist, plus i kinda tweaked something in my back the other day and was afraid to get it worse.

Melissa and I challenged each other with some yoga moves afterwards

Friday night me-time was a nice fishy meal too infront of the tv watching stupid familly guide (my tv still works!) and then i went for an hour walk. Almost bedtime.. 10pm

good thing about this… I won’t have the hangover that everybody else is gona have tomorrow morning. :)

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
