Where were you Melissa? did you realize you were late and that you’d have to do 50 duck walks?

Day off today.. but I was forced to try the P.A.R.E simulation that i set up for tonight. Guys, we totally forgot the last part of the pare, where we have to touch the wall-situp- wall-pushups…. haha. Still gives a good idea to what the PARE is though.

    can’t remember my time.

did 100 double unders this morning.

about an hour kayaking tonight (fun!)

hahaha somthing like that, Janinine! I had full intention on going but a friend called me at around 4:50 to tell me all about her vacation she just got back from. By the time that was done, it was 5:05 :( it looks like I missed a good one. I think I was better off taking the day off.. MY POOR LEGS!

Is anyone interested in playing tennis with me this weekend? I don’t play often, but it’s a sport I’d like to get into!

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
