    Warm up:
    Sampson Stretch
    30 pull-ups
    30 Push-ups
    50 Box Jumps
    (ps…I was freakin’ beat after the warm up ;) )

    Strength WO (5RM)
    Deadlifts X 5 of : 85lbs + 105lbs + 115lbs + 125lbs + 125lbs

    Then FINALLY we did the WOD:

    5 rounds of each for time of:

    25x overhead squats
    25x situps straight leg
    25x back extensions on back extention machine
    25x knees to elbows…well as far as they would go!

    24min!!

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
