Very very tough workout but I can feel that it is super effective!  Sore forearms after 4th round!  Tomorrow will be a day off for sure!  Except for my 92 Burpees of course!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Janine!  That workout looks a bit familiar!  I believe we have done it with 400m run and barely survived!  I must say I am looking forward to it with the new pull up bar!  Shall I tell my husband I will be longer than an hour.

I am interested in the hopper in Moncton but I am still waiting to see if we will be able to go.  I should know by the end of the day!]]></description>
