Today is a rest day and I can barely straighten my arms they are so sore from the Deck of cards pullups! I decided to rest completely for today and do my 80 burpees with my 81 burpees tomorrow. I checked it out on the main page and some people have done that to prevent injuries so that they can properly recover. I am doing it because I dont think I can technically do a push up!!

Did the 81 Burpees which were very hard to fit in after a Birthday party of 16 kids and Reid being up pumped on chocolate until 10pm!!

Bow for the 82! This is not so much fun!!!

Done the 82 Burpees! Sure were hard! That is all I did in the past 2 days! Really needed a break and then I was very busy. Hope its a hard one tomorrow night!

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
