    ha.. yeah, i only noticed the shiny butt just as I was posting it, and I didn’t have time to photoshop the butt. Figured a shiny star wasn’t too bad. so there Jodi, I made you a super-shiny-star ;)

    one day behind… sorta did this today.. after being 3billlions hours at the gym cleaning. ran out of time, and energy for my workout. AND i was super starving.

    warmup:
    50 double unders
    foam roll
    back extensions
    20 situps

    Back squats 5+5+5
    55lbs, 65lbs, 95lbs

    3 rounds of
    20 J-pu
    20 ring dips, band assisted

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
