rest day

Burpee Challenge: 57 burpees  (who hasn’t given up on these yet?)

I think I already posted this video way back before anybody came on this site… but i happen to run into it again yesterday and I can’t help but post it up again. Reminds you to stop complaining about the small stuff.

I’d like to say it’s been one of those days…but it’s really been one of those weeks. Thanks for posting this video. It’s just what I needed to get through the rest of the day.

Kezia. That’s alright. Take that rest day. I’m jumping back in the wod’s again tomorrow. The past few weeks have been crazy. Can’t wait to be settled in. I’ve done all my burpees though!

Regular class Saturday at 9. We can do Friday if you want? Name the time :o )

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
