Can’t believe I did the Tabata!!
I was pretty well done for the day, sitting on the couch chanel surfing when all of sudden I got up and said This is it! Did the whole thing on the spot in my jeans!

    Pull Ups 10-10-10-10-10-10-9-9
    Push Ups 14-14-10-9-10-9-10-9
    Sit ups 12-11-11-11-11-11-11-11
    Squats 14-14-15-15-15-15-15-15

    Lowest 9-9-11-14 = 43

There is no way I can even think of a Burpee after that!! Will have to tag on 32 to tomorrow’s workout.

Hi guys! I am sure Janinie is very busy today with the Crossfit games. SInce I did the Tabata last night, I am going to do the workout that was posted on the main crossfit page for the day after the TABATA.

    “Hansen”
    Five rounds for time:
    kettle bell swings 30 reps
    Burpees 30
    situps 30

    “Hansen”
    Five rounds for time:
30 kettle bell swings (10 lb dumbell)
    30 Burpees
    30 situps

    Time: 38:06

This was brutal!! The hardest one yet. I think I am crazy for doing this one. I wanted to get my WOD over with early so I can relax today and I was not patient enough to wait. I am certainly not going to do another Burpee today since I just did 150 of them! Does that mean I can skip the next 2 days of Burpees??

It was just an update from the Games Christine… But Kezia invited you guys to do “Hansen” and you left her doing it by her lonesome self. Shame on you! lol

oh.. and Kezia.. technically, you CAN’T skip the next 2 days.. sorry! lol. It can replace the burpees from that day.. but not the following days.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
