    s.stretch, squats, 10 burpees

    my double unders were better than last time. only missed at 44 on first set. missed once on second set and last 3 unbroken i think

    finished with another 20 burpees

    not bad considering i had 4 hours sleep last night.. and an anormal eating day (is that a word?)

    Made it to Freddy without losing weights, or getting any stolen!

    Walked basin at lunch hour with my son’s teacher.

    20 Burpees

    Worked out in my living room with 4 year old daughter. She could not jump rope, could barely do sit ups and every 5 seconds she asked me “Are we going to do something different now?”. When she counted her sit ups she had to count one ahead of me. I think she was doing it just to piss me off! It’s incredible how kids get to know their parents. She was great at tthe Burpees and liked them! Not sure how much she did!

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
