  1. guys.. i wanted to post a wod.. but my mind (and my stomache) is not at it’s normal functional state, lol. So we’ll keep it mysterious untill tonight.

    I also have a short post workout if some of you have a few minutes to spare at the end.

    30 box jumps Deadlifts 3+3+3+3+3+3 to 105 lbs
    WOD 21-15-9 MBC 14 lbs Push Press 35 lbs
