Hailey really enjoyed her little visit of Crossfit this afternoon! She couldn’t wait to tell Daddy! I am sure she will be a Crossfitter sooner than later.
haha.. Hailey is too sweet Kezia. You have to bring her to the class next week on Saturday’s. We’ll give her a workout she can do with us. fun!

LOL- i’ll speak for both Roger and I… we sucked! I did 6 minutes.. the 7th round took me 7:05. I kept going to 10 rounds, Time: 10:35
then, mentally, I was ready to finish my burpees and i pulled a Jane on my first burpee and flopped on the floor. But managed to do 7 more. That covers my 27 from yesterday.
I’m home now… still have to do 28 before bedtime… or I’ll have to double up tomorow.
I’ll repete what Christine said… DO NOT SKIP A DAY!!!

Managed todays WOD with much difficulty getting my legs up against the wall without going through the wall..
