    10 burpees found out that I have to clap at the end of each burpee. I thought clapping was for applauding something or someone. I’d rather clap when its all over but I guess I wont be able tocheat anymore.

    I wanted to do 65lbs, but my shoulder is still sore from the press (which I shouldn’t have done heavy). I think I should, and i will keep weights low for a while.

    Sorry Janine….I heard your voice in my ear last night, but obviously I ignored it….wrong thing to do…felt like a bag of #$%^ this morning…managed to pull off the 10 burpees but that’s it.

    Doubt i’ll make it in on Saturday, in between my night shifts but I’ll be there on Monday for sure!

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
