Any guess to what this is?

Today’s wod -for the injured:

4 rounds for time
30 walking lunges
30 back extensions
30 situps

Later this afternoon (for the non-injured:)

25 rounds for time of

Deadlift 80lbs, walk 10 feet with it, clean and push

**NEWS: I’m officially renting a box at 188 Main Street!  It will take a few weeks to get things settled and ordered. Then we’ll be good to go!   I’ll be updating the classes available on here soon.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
