		<description><![CDATA[ok... so i&#039;m sorry about the lack in post. My computer&#039;s been a little sick. 

Injury or not.. I guess you shouldn&#039;t have any excuses. Although I managed to find some the past month. Tendonitis.. squeaky shoulder... But here&#039;s what rusty me did today... subbing a few things because of my shoulder injury (limit the weight and the over head stuff so it&#039;s not too hard on it) 
Filthy Fifthy.... my favorite workout!!!
50 Box Jumps
50 Ring Body Pulls, limited weight
50 walking lunges
50 Power Cleans, 55#
50 situps, straight leg touching toes, abmat
50 rowing strokes
50 Back extension
50 OverHead squats
50 pushups, knees
50 Double unders

Time: 27:08
Can definately be better.. but i&#039;m just working my way back up.]]></description>
