ok… so i’m sorry about the lack in post. My computer’s been a little sick.

Injury or not.. I guess you shouldn’t have any excuses. Although I managed to find some the past month. Tendonitis.. squeaky shoulder… But here’s what rusty me did today… subbing a few things because of my shoulder injury (limit the weight and the over head stuff so it’s not too hard on it)
    Filthy Fifthy…. my favorite workout!!!
    50 Box Jumps
50 Ring Body Pulls, limited weight
    50 walking lunges
    50 Power Cleans, 55#
50 situps, straight leg touching toes, abmat
    50 rowing strokes
    50 Back extension
    50 OverHead squats
    50 pushups, knees
    50 Double unders

    Time: 27:08
Can definately be better.. but i’m just working my way back up.

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
