    “Grace” with 85lbs

    Time: 6:45

I think it was my first time doing it with this weight. So i’m pretty happy with it… mostly considering that the bar i was using was crooked as hell.. and it didn’t swivel (or however you say that)

    then i played around …

    did Deadlifts 5+5+5+5+5 at 135lbs

    Beanch press 5+5+5+5+5
    8 x 45lbs
    5 x 65lbs
    5 x 85lbs
    5 x 95lbs
1 x 105lbs… i didn’t take enough break between this and the previous.

then i drained myself in the pool.. 1k swim

Fitness in a 100 words:

■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. ■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. ■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. ■ Regularly learn and play new sports.
