  1. girls… that’s the picture I was telling you about this morning. She really does a FULL shrug and extension :o )

    My plan was to do a slight version of Badger (30 Squat clean-30 Pull-ups- Run 800 meters)
    But I had no pull-up bar, so here’s what I came up with

    3 rounds of
    30x Clean and Jerk 55lbs
    400m run

    Time: 27:40
